Hi Grade 2 Families!
We had such a wonderful first week! 💜 I am looking forward to our year together.
I will be using our class blog to share important information with you and our class twitter will be a place where I will share quick reminders, our learning and day-to-day photos. You can add your email on our blog and get notifications when new posts are made.
Just a couple of things;
1. On Monday, students will be bringing home their RAZ-kids & Zorbits login and passwords. It will be glued into their agenda. They will also have a label with their OCSB board email address and password.
2. I will be also sending an invite to join my class account for a digital library called Epic. It is an amazing online library with an abundance of great books!
3. Please write a note for Monday morning letting me know if there's a new dismissal instruction for your child.
•If your child will be attending EDP
•If your child is taking the yellow school bus
~ Please indicate if they will not be using their bus seat.
4. The paper copy of our ‘verification report’ (parent and emergency contact information) will not be sent home this year. Parents are asked to use the 'OCSB Parent Portal' to update their contact information.
5. As well, every year families are asked to review and sign the ‘Responsible Use of Technology Agreement’. Your child must complete this in order to use technology at school. Please use this link to print the agreement, sign it and send it in.
