A Message from Mrs.Combden!

Hi Grade 2 Students and Families!
I am hoping you are all doing well. My grade 2 friends, I miss your sweet little faces...I can’t wait to see you sometime soon! I have created a blog for our grade 2 class with the hopes of us staying connected and providing more guidance for you during your home learning. I am going to post an optional learning plan weekly, as well as other helpful tools and resources that I may find. Try your best to make this fun and engaging and not too frustrating or overwhelming.This is a big adjustment for everyone involved and everyone's situation is different and we can only do our best. Parents, I hope you all received the email that I sent out at the beginning of this week-March 23. If you could please reply to the email, to let me know that you received it, that would be fabulous or maybe you could have your child write me a little email to let me know how they are doing and what they have been up to!

Here is a list of ‘Learning Websites for Home Learning’ that you may find helpful. You will find on the right sidebar, some other website links - IMPORTANT STUDENT LINKS which has a link to Mme Nathalie’s Website, Mindfulness Rocks and WWW Practice (which has the word wall words for the week, with many games to play to practice those words.) Below that, you will see Learning Links which has links to other helpful, learning websites.

The Student Portal on the St.Cecilia Website is a fabulous place for students to visit to connect to many great learning tools, such as;
